Diamond is exploring new exterior styles for Verdancia. They may be coming soon; names, designs and availability may change.

Verdancia is Hunt Communities’ new 770-acre master-planned community on Eastlake Boulevard in Horizon City. It’s planned around walking trails, pocket parks and The Veranda, a resort-style amenity center with a pool, fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts. Diamond Homes will build select homes on some of Verdancia’s larger homesites, choosing from the Juliette, Elizabeth, Waverly II and Lizbeth plans. Every home comes with Diamond’s Silver, Gold or Platinum finish package.

Why Verdancia

Hunt Communities, the El Paso developer behind Mission Ridge, broke ground on Verdancia in February 2025. Roads, utilities and sidewalks in the first phase are complete.

Diamond in Verdancia

Diamond Homes will build select homes on some of Verdancia’s larger homesites in Units Two and Three, choosing from four Diamond plans between 2,100 and 2,355 square feet.

Coming soon No Diamond home in Verdancia is under construction or for sale yet. Prices will be set when homesites are released; join the interest list to hear first.

The Veranda

Verdancia’s resort-style amenity center is under construction. Hunt Communities expects it to open in early 2027.
