Every Diamond home comes with one of three finish packages: Silver, Gold or Platinum. The package doesn’t change how the home is built. Every one gets the same engineered post-tension slab, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater and StrucSure warranty. What it changes are the finishes you live with every day: how tall the rooms feel, how the kitchen cooks, and how the primary bath looks when you walk in.

- Ceramic tiled showers, dual shower heads in the primary, a vessel or under-mount primary sink, framed mirrors and a tiled primary closet floor.
- Throughout
- LED lighting, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, 5–6″ base moldings, rounded corners, USB outlets, and carpet with a 6 lb pad in the bedrooms.
- Outside
- A covered patio with a gas line, front landscaping with two parkway trees, an insulated garage door with an opener and two remotes, porch LED lighting and two holiday-light outlets.
- Smart home
- The prewire package: cable in every room, a CAT6 jack in the great room, 5.1 surround sound in the living room, patio and primary speaker locations, four camera runs, a fiber tube for internet and alarm prewire.
What Gold adds
Gold is where a Diamond home starts to feel custom, and most of the change is in the rooms you use most.
Taller rooms
Ceilings go from 9′ to 10′ in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. In Emerald Estates Unit 6 the living room, kitchen and dining room go to 12′. The front door grows from 6′8″ to an 8′ designer fiberglass door to match.
A built-in kitchen
A stainless 5-burner cooktop with a built-in wall oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus crown molding in the pantry.
A primary bath that feels like a spa
A freestanding tub, a designed vanity cabinet and sconce lighting, with crown molding in the primary closet.
An entry and living room that make an impression
An entry ceiling design, a tile design in the foyer floor, a flush-mount foyer light, a chandelier in the dining room and a media-ready accent wall in the living room. (In Emerald Estates Unit 5 the entry ceiling and foyer light are upgrades instead of standard.)
A harder-working laundry room
A floor mop sink and shelving.
Gold also opens more upgrades: an electric fireplace, an entertainment wall, a shiplap pantry, a pantry bar with floating shelves, and, on plans that allow it, a decorative iron fence and a chandelier in the primary bath or closet.
What Platinum adds over Gold
Platinum keeps everything in Gold and adds the finishing details:
- A coffee bar with floating shelves in the kitchen.
- A glass shower door in the primary bath. Silver and Gold have a glass panel without a door.
- Tile on the wall behind the vanity in every full bathroom.
- Roller shades on the bedroom windows and one primary bath window, in place of blinds.
- Water softener prep, so adding a softener later is simple.
- Upgraded laundry room shelving.

Which one is right for you?
Choose Silver
if you want a new Diamond home at the best price. You get the same structure, energy features, warranty and smart home prewire as every other package.
Choose Gold
if you cook, entertain, or want the house to feel bigger. The 10′ ceilings and the built-in kitchen are the biggest everyday differences between Silver and Gold.
Choose Platinum
if you want it finished on day one, with the coffee bar, glass shower door, tiled vanity walls and roller shades already in place.
Tip: you don’t always have to move up a package to get one favorite. A pot filler, an apron farm sink, three island pendants, two-tone kitchen cabinets and a tiled wall behind the vanity are available upgrades on every package, and a glass shower door can be added to Silver or Gold.
