It builds semi-custom single-family homes in El Paso and Horizon City. What is the difference between the Silver, Gold and Platinum packages?

Every Diamond home is built with one of three finish packages. In Paseo Del Este, every package includes Dual Pane Low-E Vinyl Windows, Whole House Exhaust System, Tankless Water Heater, Spray Foam Insulation, StrucSure Home Warranty, Soil Test & Post Tension Slab, Termite Treatment Wood Application and 3 USB Outlets, and more. Gold adds Living Room Accent Wall — Media Ready, Entry Foyer Floor Tile Design, Chandelier in Dining, Entry Ceiling Design, Flush Mount Light in Foyer, Stainless Steel 5-Burner Cooktop, Built-In Stainless Steel Wall Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher and Crown Molding in Pantry, and more. What warranty comes with a Diamond home?

Diamond Homes provides a limited home warranty that starts at closing: one year on workmanship and materials, two years on the plumbing, electrical and HVAC delivery systems, and ten years on major structural defects through StrucSure Home Warranty. Can I customize a Diamond home?

Yes, within Diamond’s semi-custom process: you choose a floor plan and elevation, a finish package (Silver, Gold or Platinum), and exterior colors such as Worldly Gray siding, Beige siding, White siding, White Stackstone, Beige Stackstone, Black Stackstone and Texas Austin Stone. On the plans page you can request a personalized rendering of your plan, elevation and colors.

Does Diamond Homes offer incentives or help with closing costs?

On Paseo Del Este homes, Diamond offers a 5% seller contribution that can go toward allowable closing costs, prepaid items or an interest-rate buydown, plus a 3% buyer’s agent commission, and a $2,500 buyer’s agent bonus on move-in ready homes. Incentives are available with Home Plate Mortgage and Patriot Mortgage, require a fully executed purchase agreement, are subject to lender approval and can change without notice. Some homes in other communities have their own promotions, shown on each home’s page.

Does Diamond Homes work with real estate agents?

Yes. Diamond pays a 3% buyer’s agent commission on Paseo Del Este homes, plus a $2,500 bonus on move-in ready homes, paid at closing to the buyer’s licensed agent. For other homes, ask the sales team.

Where is the Diamond Homes model home, and when can I visit?

The model home is at 540 Paseo De La Reina St, El Paso, TX 79928 in Paseo Del Este. On weekends, call for model home hours. The office at 850 Airship Pl, Horizon City is open Monday to Thursday 8am–4pm and Friday 8am–12pm.
