Every Diamond home comes with a builder warranty and a 10-year StrucSure structural warranty. If something needs attention, submit a request below with a description and a photo. Our warranty coordinator will confirm receipt and schedule a visit on the days and times you choose.
Emergencies
For an active water leak, gas smell, or no heat/cooling, call the warranty line right away instead of using this form. For gas, leave the home first and call 911 or Texas Gas Service.
