- Land & Groundwork We walk your lot together, orient the home to the mountain views, and grade the pad.
- Foundation An engineered post-tension slab, poured and cured under third-party inspection.
- Framing The skeleton goes up and the rooms become real — the walk-through where it all clicks.
- Dried In Roof, windows, and sheathing seal the home; mechanical rough-ins follow, each inspected.
- Finishes Stucco, stone, cabinetry, and the details that make it yours — with weekly walk-throughs.
- Keys & Warranty Blue-tape walk, orientation, and a 10-year StrucSure structural warranty. Welcome home.
